Northland Learning Center offers health insurance through the NE Service Coop and the carrier is Medica.

Building Blocks for Business will be working with each employee to review all the benefit offerings including some additional ancillary benefits.     
                         
Open enrollment for health insurance is August 4th to August 13th year.  This is the only time a health insurance change can be made without a qualifying event.      

If you enroll in health insurance, you are eligible to make contributions to a Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account. 
                                                                 
 
The premiums for the 2022 - 2023 school year are below 
MSP PP MN 3500 VEBA Employee - $730.43 per month
  Employee+Spouse - $1,775.34 per month
  Employee+Child - $1,578.08 per month
  Family - $1,972.60 per month
MSP PP MN HSA Employee - $600.93 per month
  Employee+Spouse - $1,460.58 per month
  Employee+Child - $1,2898.29 per month
  Family - $1,622.87 per month

Please consult your employee contract or union contract to determine the health insurance benefit allowance amount.
